Among DJI drones you can buy in the US, the smallest camera drone is the DJI Neo at 135 g, the fastest is the Avata 2 at up to 27 m/s (about 60 mph) in Manual mode, and the biggest is the Agras T100 agricultural drone, with a maximum takeoff weight of 175 kg when spraying. For camera work, the largest is the Inspire 3 cinema drone at about 4 kg. Custom-built FPV racing drones can fly faster than any of these, and toy nano drones can be smaller, but they lack stabilized cameras.

Smallest: DJI Neo
The DJI Neo weighs 135 g and fits in a jacket pocket. It still has a stabilized 4K camera (single-axis gimbal plus electronic stabilization), full propeller guards and palm takeoff, and it's well under the FAA's 250 g registration threshold for recreational flying.
Smaller toy drones exist, but they usually have no GPS, no gimbal and very short flights. For the smallest drone that shoots usable video, the Neo is it. Next up: the Flip and Mini series at about 249 g.
Fastest: DJI Avata 2 and Mavic 4 Pro
The Avata 2 reaches 27 m/s (about 60 mph) in Manual mode, according to DJI, though Manual mode is full FPV control that takes practice; Sport mode tops out at 16 m/s. Among regular camera drones, the Mavic 4 Pro is rated at 25 m/s (about 56 mph) in Sport mode.
| Drone | Top speed (DJI spec) |
|---|---|
| Avata 2 (Manual mode) | 27 m/s |
| Mavic 4 Pro (Sport) | 25 m/s |
| FlyCart 30 delivery drone | 20 m/s |
| Mini 5 Pro (Sport, Battery Plus) | 19 m/s |
Remember that Part 107 caps speed at 100 mph, and fast flying makes line of sight harder. Obstacle sensing is often disabled at high speeds.
Biggest: DJI Agras T100 and FlyCart 30
The Agras T100 is DJI's largest agricultural drone: a 100 L spray tank, a 150 L spreading tank, up to 100 kg lifting payload and a 175 kg maximum takeoff weight when spraying. The FlyCart 30 delivery drone carries up to 30 kg with dual batteries. Both are quote-only and need specialized authorization: drones of 55 lb or more fall outside Part 107 and need a Section 44807 exemption, and spraying also requires agricultural aircraft approvals. See Part 107 vs Part 91 vs COA.
Biggest camera drone: DJI Inspire 3
The Inspire 3 weighs about 4 kg and carries a full-frame 8K camera with interchangeable lenses for film production, with a separate camera operator. For heavy industrial payloads, the Matrice 400 weighs 9.74 kg and carries up to 6 kg.
