The best place to buy a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 in the US is an authorized DJI dealer, like us, or DJI's own store: you get a genuine US camera, full warranty and easy Care Refresh. Big retailers such as Costco, Target, Walmart and Amazon may list it too, but check that the retailer or DJI is the seller and which kit it is. eBay is where you'll find used Pocket 3s and the most fake or misdescribed listings.
Still sold in the US
The Pocket 3 was FCC-authorized before December 2025 and remains on sale with US warranty support. Its successors, the Pocket 4 and Pocket 4P, haven't been authorized for the US. See Osmo Pocket 3 vs Pocket 4.
Standard or Creator Combo?

If you vlog or talk to the camera, the Creator Combo's DJI Mic 2 transmitter makes a big difference to audio, and the battery handle extends recording time. If you mostly film scenery and family, the Standard kit is enough; you can add the wide-angle lens later for $54.
Comparing places to buy
Authorized dealer (us). Genuine stock with US warranty; in-stock orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Order the Osmo Pocket 3.
Costco. Warehouse clubs may sell their own bundles. Compare the accessories to the Creator Combo item by item.
Target and Walmart. Fine when the store is the seller. Walmart.com includes marketplace sellers, so check.
Amazon. Check "Ships from" and "Sold by." Third-party listings may be imports without US warranty.
eBay. Good for used units at lower prices. Be cautious with "new" listings at big discounts.
Checking a used Pocket 3
- Make sure the gimbal moves smoothly in all three axes and returns to center.
- Rotate the screen; it powers the camera on and off.
- Check the lens for scratches and the screen for dead spots.
- Ask the seller to remove it from their DJI account so you can activate it.
Care Refresh

Avoid fakes
Popular cameras attract counterfeit listings and fake stores with deep "clearance" prices. If a new Pocket 3 costs far less than everywhere else, assume something is wrong.
