To check DJI Care status, find your drone's serial number, open DJI's DJI Care Refresh page, and use View Service Status to look up the device. Your coverage start and end dates are also in the Service Agreement DJI emails after the plan is bound, and the remaining number of replacements shows on DJI's Check My Service Plan page. For questions, DJI's US Care Refresh page lists Online Customer Service and a hotline at +1 818 235 0789, both Monday to Sunday, 6:00 to 18:00 Pacific time.

Step 1: find the serial number
You'll need the aircraft's serial number (SN), not the controller's or the battery's.
- On the box: the label on the packaging lists the SN.
- In DJI Fly: with the drone connected, the aircraft SN is listed in the app's settings, in the About section.
- On your order or Care Refresh receipt: if you bought the plan with the drone, the SN is tied to it.
When you type it, DJI's own forms note to use the number 0, not the letter O, and to leave out spaces.
Step 2: look it up
- Go to the DJI Care Refresh page and choose View Service Status.
- Sign in with your DJI account if asked.
- Enter the SN and check the result: plan type, validity period and status.
DJI also has a Check My Service Plan page that shows how many replacements you've used. Each replacement deducts one service, and after a replacement the plan moves over to the new aircraft automatically.
What you should see
| Plan | Validity | Replacements | Flyaway replacements |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Year | 12 months | 2 | 1 of the 2 |
| 2-Year | 24 months | 4 | 2 of the 4 |
If your plan doesn't show up
- Bought an activation code? It isn't active until you bind it to the SN. See DJI Care Refresh activation.
- Wrong SN. Check you used the aircraft SN and replaced any letter O with zero.
- Different region. DJI says Care Refresh must be bought in the same country or region as the product.
- Recently bought. Give it time, then contact DJI support (online or +1 818 235 0789) with your order details.
Check flyaway eligibility too
Flyaway replacement only works if the drone is bound to your DJI account and to its remote controller (or goggles) before the flyaway. Check this in DJI Fly under Profile > Device Management. If the binding is missing or was removed, DJI won't approve a flyaway claim.
Renewing
A 1-Year Plan can be renewed if it hasn't expired, or expired within the last 15 days. On DJI Store, entering the SN tells you whether renewal is available for that drone.
