The DJI Mavic 4 Pro uses its own Intelligent Flight Battery: 6,654 mAh, 95.3 Wh, about 332 g, rated for up to 51 minutes. It doesn't share batteries with the Mavic 3 series. The fastest way to charge is the Parallel Charging Hub with the DJI Mavic 240W Power Adapter: about 51 minutes for one battery, or three batteries together in about 90 minutes (about 110 minutes on US 120 V power).

Charging options and times
From DJI's specs (0 to 100%, at 25° C):
| Setup | Time |
|---|---|
| 240W adapter + hub, one battery | About 51 min |
| 240W adapter + hub, three batteries | About 90 min (200–240 V) or 110 min (100–127 V) |
| 100W USB-C adapter | About 80 min per battery |
| USB-C into the drone (65 W max) | About 115 min |
How the hub works: with the 240W adapter on its Mini SDC port, the Parallel Charging Hub first tops up the lowest battery to match the others, then charges all three together. With the 100W adapter or another USB-C charger, it charges one at a time, highest battery first. It can also charge a phone or controller from its USB-C port and move leftover charge between batteries.
What comes in each kit
- Standard kit: one battery. DJI's own listing includes the 100W USB-C Power Adapter; check what's in the box of the kit you buy.
- Fly More Combo: three batteries, the Parallel Charging Hub and the 100W adapter.
- Creator Combo: three batteries, the hub and the 240W adapter.
If you buy the Fly More Combo and want parallel charging, add the 240W adapter. See Mavic 4 Pro combos.
How to charge the battery
- Let a battery cool after flying. It won't charge above 40° C.
- Plug into the hub or connect a charger. DJI says the battery won't charge while the drone is powered on.
- Watch the battery LEDs; they blink faster with faster chargers.
- Four LEDs blinking together means the battery is damaged. Stop using it.
How to charge the RC 2 and RC Pro 2
Use the controller's USB-C port. DJI says both accept up to 9 V/3 A, and the RC Pro 2 supports PD fast charging up to 65 W. The hub can also top up a controller in the field.
Battery care
- Fully charge each battery at least every three months. DJI won't cover a battery left uncharged for three months or more.
- Before transport, DJI recommends discharging batteries to 30% or lower.
- In the cold, warm batteries to at least 10° C (50° F) before takeoff.
