No, not officially. As of October 2026, DJI's US website and online store list the original DJI Mic Mini, the Mic 2 and the Mic 3, but not the Mic Mini 2 or Mic Mini 2S. The reason is regulatory: since December 22, 2025, DJI's communications equipment is on the FCC's Covered List, and new covered products can't receive the FCC authorization a wireless mic needs to be sold here. The original Mic Mini, authorized earlier, is still legal to buy and use.

Why it's not here
Every wireless microphone transmits radio signals, so it needs FCC equipment authorization before it can be marketed in the US. On December 22, 2025 the FCC added DJI and Autel communications and video surveillance equipment to its Covered List, along with foreign-made drones. Equipment on the list can't get new authorizations. Products authorized before that date keep their authorization.
That's the same reason newer DJI handhelds like the Osmo Pocket 4 haven't launched in the US. See is DJI Osmo banned and the DJI ban timeline.
What you can buy instead
| Mic | Status in the US | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| DJI Mic Mini | Available, US-authorized | Vlogs and interviews. About 10 g transmitters, 400 m range, up to 48 hours with the case. |
| DJI Mic 2 | Available, US-authorized | 32-bit float internal recording as a backup, 250 m range |
Both connect to cameras, phones and DJI Osmo devices. The Mic Mini transmitters connect directly to OsmoAudio-compatible DJI cameras without a receiver.

What about importing one?
Some sellers ship Mic Mini 2 units bought abroad. Things to know before you order:
- No US warranty or service: DJI support generally services products in the region where they were sold.
- FCC marketing rules: a radio device without FCC authorization can't be legally marketed in the US. That puts sellers, not just DJI, at risk, and listings can disappear.
- Firmware and app support may differ by region.
Buying a US-authorized model from an authorized dealer avoids all of that.
Will the Mic Mini 2 come to the US later?
Only if the rules change. DJI is challenging the FCC's decision in court, and the outcome isn't known. We don't expect new DJI wireless products in the US while the Covered List listing stands. Your existing DJI mic keeps working, and DJI said in December 2025 that it had no plans to stop firmware and app support for existing products.
