The DJI Mavic 4 Pro isn't sold on DJI's US store, because DJI never officially launched it here. It's still legal to buy, own and fly, and US dealers that have stock, including us, sell it new. Camera retailers such as B&H, big-box stores and Amazon may list it at times, but stock is irregular. eBay has the most listings and the most risk.
Why it's harder to find
The Mavic 4 Pro was FCC-authorized before the FCC's December 2025 Covered List decision, so the ban doesn't stop it. But without a US launch, units reach US sellers through other channels, so supply comes and goes. Imported drones have also carried a Section 232 tariff since September 2026, which affects prices. Comparing sellers
US dealer with stock. You get a seller who stands behind the unit and can help with setup and repairs. Ask how warranty service works for that unit before you buy.
B&H, Best Buy and other retailers. If the retailer itself is the seller, you get its return policy. Check the kit and controller included.
Amazon. Check "Sold by." Third-party listings vary in origin.
eBay and marketplaces. Expect imported, opened and used units. Scams target expensive, scarce drones.
Warranty and Care Refresh
This is the main trade-off:
- DJI Care Refresh isn't a given. Coverage and prices vary by model, so check DJI's Care Refresh page or ask us about a US plan for the Mavic 4 Pro.
- Warranty service can depend on where a unit was first sold. Units from another region may not get US warranty service.
- Repairs: you can open a request with DJI Support, and our repair desk can assess damage.
If you can't get a plan, consider drone insurance for crash and liability cover.
Spotting a bad listing
- Price far below the going rate for a new unit.
- No serial number, stock photos only, or a seller with no history.
- Payment by wire, gift card or crypto.
- "Sealed" units from a seller who can't say where they came from.
